RETURN POLICY

Shop at Scales with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with an exchange or repair within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made at Scales , online. Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. Returns & Exchanges will only be facilitated for the goods purchased through www.Scales.pk only.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase:
- Original return/exchange receipt
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all tickets attached
Rules for Returns/Exchange
Returns will be treated only if the Item is in its original packaging with a satisfactory proof of purchase and is deemed by Scales to be unopened, unworn, unused and undamaged
- You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it, except Fresh, Ultra Fresh and Frozen(Terms and Conditions apply)
- If any product which is to be returned / exchanged, is not currently in our stock, cannot be credited.
- Products without receipt or if not in a reasonable condition, will be assessed by the management. A deduction of 15% (or a certain percentage) fee, based on condition will be applied.
Credit Card Returns
- 30 days credit refund if purchased with a credit card
- Payments made through credit card are subject to a deduction as bank charges, on a return slip.

No claims
- Purchase made at Scales online can only be Returned or Exchanged at Scales Online Store, simply call our helpline, press 2 for online shopping helpline and our customer care representative will guide you through. No claims of returns, exchange will be catered at any other store of Scales
- Products purchased from Scales stores will not be treated at our online store in anyway(Return or Exchange)
- No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously returned or exchanged
- If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be returned or exchanged
- Any product that comes back without receipt can be refused return or exchange
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Any consumable item which has been used
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories
- Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods
- Custom made or altered items. Any personalized products will not be returned
- No returns on store credit
Cancellation Policy
- Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful in 2 hours time after that cancellation is not acceptable.
- Your entire order amount will be credited back to your account. (check)
- An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
